Part II of "Implementing ERM" will discuss specific ERM implementation issues within the setting of financial services industry. Issues such as risk reporting, data quality management, risk appetite, risk tolerance will be discussed. Strategies on how to deal with these issues will be evaluated. Industry practices in these and related areas will be discussed and evaluated. Guidelines for action in these areas will be provided. This webinar builds on the material presented in the previous two webinars "Introduction to ERM" and "Implementing ERM-Part I".
Upon completing this course you should be able to:
- Understand key considerations in setting and communicating risk appetite and tolerance limits
- Understand how to create a risk reporting infrastructure and deal with data quality management issues
