FASB Exposure Draft, Consolidation - Principal vs. Agent Analysis

The Financial Reporting Committee ("FRC") of the Institute of Management
Accountants ("IMA") submitted a letter to the Financial Accounting Standards
Board (FASB) to express views on the Board's exposure draft on Consolidation
