COSO Exposure Draft - Revised Internal Control Framework

The Small Business Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee ("SBFRC") of
the Institute of Management Accountants ("IMA") submitted a letter to the
Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) to express views on the
organization's exposure draft on their revised internal control framework.
