AICPA Working Draft of Accounting and Valuation Guide, Testing Goodwill for Impairment

The Financial Reporting Committee ("FRC") of the Institute of Management
Accountants ("IMA") submitted a letter to the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA) to express views on the Institute's working draft
of an accounting and valuation guide entitled Testing Goodwill for
Impairment.
