The Financial Reporting Committee (“FRC”) of the Institute of Management Accountants (“IMA”) is writing to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) to provide comments on the Board's Proposed Accounting Standards Update on Intangibles - Testing Goodwill for Impairment.
