SEC Work Plan for IFRS

The Financial Reporting Committee (FRC)of the Institute of Management Accountants (“IMA”) submitted a letter to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the International Accounting Standards Board and trustees of the IFRS Foundation to express views on the SEC’s plans to incorporate IFRS into the financial reporting system for U.S. Issuers.
