Response to Blue Ribbon Panel’s Request

The Small Business Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee (SBC) of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) is writing to respond to the Blue Ribbon Panel’s request to obtain input from constituents about financial reporting issues that impact private companies. The panel was developed during the earlier part of 2010 by the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
