PCAOB Concept Release on Possible Revisions to PCAOB Standards Related to Reports on Audited Financial Statements

The Financial Reporting Committee (FRC) and the Small Business Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee (SBFRC) of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) submitted a letter to the Public Company Auditing Oversight Board (PCAOB) to express views on the Board's Concept Release on changes for an Auditor's reporting model.
