FAF Proposal on Standard Setting Procedures for Private Companies

The Financial Reporting Committee (FRC) and the Small Business Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee (SBFRC) of the Institute of Management Accountants
(IMA) submitted a letter to the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) to express views on the Foundation’s proposal for standard setting procedures for financial reporting for private companies.
