PCAOB Concept Release on Auditor Independence and Rotation

The Financial Reporting Committee (FRC) and the Small Business Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee (SBFRC) of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) submitted a letter to the Public Company Auditing Oversight Board (PCAOB) to express views on the Board's Concept Release on Auditor Independence and Rotation.
