The International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) released a Consultation Draft (CD) of its Integrated Reporting framework. The framework provides guidance for creating an integrated report, which communicates the values that a company embraces as well as the value it creates. That fundamental concept can redefine the scope of contemporary corporate reporting.
