How to Be a Transformational CFO
By Andrew Spanyi
CFOs can succeed as leaders of transformational change if they view the business from the “outside-in”—from the customer’s perspective—are willing to collaborate across traditional department boundaries, and execute their plans by improving the organization’s business processes. Designing Honesty into Your Organization
By Christian Mastilak, Linda Matuszewski, Fabienne Miller, and Alexander Woods
To make honesty an integral part of the organization, leaders must use fair reward systems and ensure simple communication strategies.
